Dan Flamholz, Principal

As co-founder of Greenspring Realty Partners, Inc. Dan is responsible for sourcing new acquisition and development projects, overseeing the brokerage department, and facilitating new relationships. Dan brings a diverse blend of retail, industrial, flex, and mixed use project experience to GRP on both the brokerage and acquisition side.

Additionally, Dan actively represents a number of high profile Tenants in the Maryland market.

Dan was born and raised in Baltimore where he attended The Park School and received his BA from Goucher College. He resides in Baltimore County with his wife and two children

 

Eric M. Levitt, Principal

Eric specializes in the acquisition, development and financing of opportunistic, value-add real estate. He has been active in the commercial and residential arena for over 25 years and owns in excess of 2,000,000 square feet of commercial properties in various partnerships/joint ventures.

Prior to founding GRP, Eric was the owner of a local homebuilding and land development company that was sold to a NYSE company in 2005. Afterwards, he formed EML Partners, a private real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition of strategically located, income producing properties.

Eric was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and is a graduate of St. Paul’s School for Boys. He received his BA from Franklin and Marshall College and lives in Owings Mills, Maryland & Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his wife and three children.

 

David BergDavid Berg , Principal

David Berg was born in the demolition and scrap businesses. I had always worked in the field during the summers while growing up. After college, I went immediately into the family demolition business learning to estimate and manage projects. He has always been involved in the administrative and business end of the companies. Today, his responsibilities include the following:

Insurance
Financing
Equipment purchases
Bidding and negotiating projects
Negotiating subcontracts
General operations review

David was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. he graduated from University of Maryland and later obtained his CPA.

 

Lindsay TaylorLindsay Taylor, Director of Operations

Lindsay oversees the property management of the real estate portfolio for Greenspring Realty Partners (GRP). He specializes in construction project management, land developement, project estimating, and tenant relations.

Prior to joining GRP, Lindsay was Director of Operations for Florida Rock Properties and served as senior project manager for local developer, Obrecht Properties.

Dominic H. LevisJonathan D. Manekin, MSRE, Director

Jon has worked in the Baltimore / Washington commercial real estate market for over 15 years. During that time he has represented both Landlord and Tenant clients in leasing and acquisition transactions. Jon has been primarily focused on the office sector, but has extensive experience in the Industrial and Retail product-types.

Jon began his career as a leasing associate for GVA/Advantis in Washington DC. Upon his return home to Baltimore, he worked with developers Chesapeake Real Estate Group, and then Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). Following his time at COPT, Jon transitioned back to brokerage as a Vice President with Colliers | International and JLL.

Jon is a native Baltimorean, and graduated from Gilman School. He received a BA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a Masters degree in Real Estate from the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business. Jon and his wife currently reside in Baltimore County.

Dominic H. LevisDominic H. Levis, EA MST
CFO for Greenspring Realty

Dominic, an enrolled agent to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, has over 20 years experience in the public accounting arena. He worked for the Reznick Group, a large regional public accounting firm that specialized in real estate auditing and tax services. After working for the Reznick Group for 7 years, he ventured out with 2 other partners to start a small public accounting firm for 6 years. During, this time, he realized that he decided that his real passion came from being able to assist his clients, large and small, in the everyday hurdles they are experiencing. He enjoys the hands on approach in helping businesses and non profit organizations better utilize their time while also providing them with beneficial advice to grow their business / organization in the right direction. Dominic has performed multiple (I.R.S Code Section 1031) like kind exchanges.  Dominic was selected as a 2015 Smart CEO Finalist honoring Baltimore’s Top Accountants and Attorneys.
