As co-founder of Greenspring Realty Partners, Dan strives to maintain the balance between creating strong relationships, curating thoughtful investment and development opportunities, and building on his passion for industrial real estate. Dan oversees the firm’s investment, development, leasing, and growth strategies while also playing a roll in the portfolios day-to-day operations.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Dan is active in several area non-profits and loves spending time with his wife and chasing around his four young children.

The third generation in a family demolition and scrap business, David oversaw the maturation of The Berg Corporation over a 40-year period from a local subcontractor to a nation leader in demolition and environmental remediation.

Expanding to Real Estate in the late 2000‘s, David numbers driven approach has allowed him to recognize opportunities with outsized risk-adjusted value that are often overlooked by conventional real estate companies.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a CPA in the State of Maryland.

Nicki Berg is a Principal with the Greenspring Realty Partners in Baltimore, MD and has over ten years of diverse experience in leasing, valuation consulting, site selection, negotiation and acquisition.

Since joining Greenspring Realty in 2020, Nicki has focused her time on leasing and adding value to the firm’s portfolio, while overseeing their third party brokerage.

Prior to joining Greenspring Realty Partners, Nicki Berg spent two years as a Vice President with CBRE, Inc. and spent four years at the Cushman & Wakefield Retail Services Group in Chicago, Illinois focused on Shopping Center leasing.

Nicki holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the College of Charleston and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

The fourth generation in the family demolition business, hard work and getting dirty is in Austin’s DNA. Austin worked in Denver as a commercial real estate investment sales broker prior to returning to Greenspring Realty Partners in 2019 before co-founding Hawkins Management, LLC. 

Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

An engineer by education, Aron worked in high rise construction in Chicago for 8 years before joining The Berg Corporation as a Project Executive in 2019, prior to co-founding BERG Brownfields (later merging into GRP Brownfields). His technical background transfers to his evaluation of brownfield liabilities, effectuation of remediation, land development, and repositioning for industrial applications.

Aron holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas and an MBA from DePaul. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Illinois, and Florida, and is a member of the National Demolition Association and affiliate to the Surplus Property Roundtable.

Based in Miami, Florida, Aron enjoys playing basketball, boating, and spending time with his wife and three young children.

Dominic, an enrolled agent to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, has over 20 years experience in the public accounting arena. He worked for the Reznick Group, a large regional public accounting firm that specialized in real estate auditing and tax services. After working for the Reznick Group for 7 years, he ventured out with 2 other partners to start a small public accounting firm for 6 years. During this time, he realized his real passion came from being able to assist his clients, large and small, in the everyday hurdles they are experiencing. He enjoys the hands on approach in helping businesses and non profit organizations better utilize their time while also providing them with beneficial advice to grow their business / organization in the right direction. Dominic has performed multiple (I.R.S Code Section 1031) like kind exchanges.

Dominic graduated with Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount St. Mary’s University and has a master’s in taxation from University of Baltimore.  Dominic enjoys cross fit and resides in Northern Baltimore County with his wife and three kids.

Matt grew up in Phoenix, MD with four brothers while attending Loyola High School in Towson and Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore City.

Matt’s work experience has taken him from a small, local startup company (ATMAmerica/EFMark) to a global firm (MICROS Systems) in the Baltimore area. Currently, he is the Director of Real Estate Services for Greenspring Realty Partners.

Matt resides in the Baltimore area with his wife of 20+years and two daughters. In his personal time, he coaches his daughter’s sports teams.

Lindsay oversees the property management of the real estate portfolio for Greenspring Realty Partners (GRP). He specializes in construction project management, land development, project estimating, and tenant relations.

Prior to joining GRP, Lindsay was Director of Operations for Florida Rock Properties and served as senior project manager for local developer, Obrecht Properties.

Andrea comes to Greenspring Realty Partners with three years of progressive and diversified experience in accounting including financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and payroll.

Prior to joining L&H she was a Finance Manager at Amwins Connect Administrators, a Controller for a manufacturing company and a Controller for a car dealership.

Andrea resides in Baltimore County with her husband and children. She enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

Mike Brinegar has been involved in Commercial and Residential Property Management for his entire career, in excess of 20 years.  Most recently, Mike spent 13 years as the Lead Supervisor at WPM, a Nationally recognized Property Management firm located in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mike’s responsibilities include tenant relationship coordination, project & vendor management, and tenant build-out facilitation.

Mike lives in Anne Arundel County with his wife.  He enjoys fishing and being outdoors on his time away from Greenspring Realty.
